We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where it applies to visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Visiting the website
The hosting provider automatically processes technical data your browser transmits (IP address, date and time, pages viewed, referrer, browser and operating system) to deliver the website securely. The data is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short period.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contact form and email
If you contact us, we process the data you provide (name, company, email, project type, message) to answer your enquiry and for follow-up correspondence.
Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the data once your enquiry is concluded, unless statutory retention periods apply.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which processes the technical data described above on our behalf.
6. Transfers outside the UAE
Data may be processed outside the UAE, including in the European Union and the United States. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards as required by the PDPL and the GDPR.
7. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and our email, and, where needed to answer your enquiry, with other NARRUX Group companies.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@narruxsystems.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS).
